We're all human. As a small business owner, I will do my very best to make sure you, my customer, are satisfied. I have spent most of my working life in retail and customer service, so I've had plenty of experience finding solutions for a plethora of issues. + Unless otherwise noted, Linen + Leaves provides a flat $7.00 shipping rate to customers in the United States on orders up to $50. Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping.

+ International shipping is not currently available.
+ Because orders are fulfilled by multiple suppliers, shipping times can not be guaranteed and will be dependent on suppler policies. Most suppliers can fulfill orders in 3-5 business days, and will provide relevant communication.

+ If you feel that you did not receive adequate communication regarding ship times, or have a question about your order, please contact me with a collaborative attitude. I will do my best to help you get a clear answer!


Since sustainability is of utmost importance, I will do everything I can to minimize wasted shipping on returns. If for whatever reason, you're not happy with your order, contact me within 14 days of receipt with a relevant picture or video of the product, and I will try to offer a full refund without making you physically return anything. After all, if it's defective, why do I need it? Depending on supplier, I may need to take a different route, which I will be sure to communicate where necessary.
